Refund policy

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@greatriceus.com. Please note, if the item has already left our warehouse, we may be unable to cancel the order.

If we are able to cancel the order before shipping, we will process a refund to your original method of payment per our Refund Policy.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.
You can always contact us for any return question at contact@greatriceus.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

商品の返品・交換について

• 原則としてお客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。あらかじめご了承ください。
• 商品および発送には万全を期しておりますが、誤送品や不良品など弊社理由による場合、商品到着より7日以内にお問合せフォームにてご連絡の上、着払いにてご返送をお願いいたします。

注文キャンセルについて

• ご注文商品をお届けする前に、お客様のご都合で注文をキャンセルする場合は、直ちにお問合せフォームにてご相談ください。
• すでに商品の発送後にキャンセルのご相談をいただく場合は、「商品の返品・交換について」と同様の対処をさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
