Who is your shipping partner? 

Depending on where you are located, we offer US Postal Service, UPS and DHL for shipping.

Where can I ship? 

We can ship to all 50 states, however we are not able to ship internationally. We also do not ship to APOs, FPOs or PO Boxes.

Can I pick-up my order? 

Unfortunately we are no longer able to facilitate pick-up orders due to staffing issues.

How much does it cost to get items shipped? 

The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents and the service selected for shipment. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update at checkout, as items in the cart are added or removed. (See below for free shipping options.)

How do I qualify for free shipping? 

For Washington State we offer free shipping on orders over $50.00.

For OR and CA, we offer free shipping on orders over $70.00.

We are no longer able to offer free shipping to other states, shipping rates will be charged at cost. We do not markup shipping rates.

Shipping fees for HI and AK are determined by the carrier and service you select during checkout.

Are there restrictions of how much I can have shipped to me? 

Due to the limited availability of the varieties we offer, there may be periods where we limit the quantities you can purchase.

What are the different shipping methods? 

The available options for shipping that are available for your area are listed at checkout. If you have an urgent order and don't see a suitable option, please contact us immediately. We may be able to locate a service to meet your individual needs.

When will my order ship? 

Orders received by 7 a.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 7 a.m. will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed after 7 a.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless of delivery method.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses? 

Unfortunately, you cannot split one order to go to multiple addresses. Each address requires a unique order be placed.

I want to change my shipping address, what do I do? 

Please contact the carrier you have selected directly to change delivery options after the product has shipped.

My order has not arrived. How do I find out where it is? 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number, if the shipping provider you selected provides this service.


My order arrived damaged. What do I do? 

Please contact us at contact@greatriceus.com.com to report product that has arrived damaged. Please take photos of all sides of the box as it was received. Do not discard the shipping box or contents before speaking with us. Many shipping companies require extensive documentation in order to file a claim for damages.

My shipment contained wrong product or was missing product. What do I do?
